Important question: pink or lake foam green wedding dress for Paz?

IDK i feel like she’d go the traditional white dress route 🤔 but if given a choice I feel like she would go for green? Like a more muted version of lakefoam green. Oh she might have the bridesmaids in those dresses in that color instead! It’d be a color she loves PLUS it matches her future husband’s eyes lol

I feel like in the topic of Pacifica and the colors she likes, my headcanon has always been:

Purple: a color she KNOWS she looks good in and she loves to look good therefore she will wear it

Pink: standard popular girl answer to someone’s question of what’s your fav color. She likes it but it’s not actually her fav color. She looks good in it tho.

Green (a cooler type of green closer to that damn lakefoam color): Her favorite color. Listen sometimes there’s just colors you like to see! I feel like this is one of those, doesn’t really have a reason type of things she likes and doesn’t like, I think it might be a sense of contention with her since someone will probably ask her why; it’s not like it’s the color that best compliments her, nor is it some luxurious fancy and rich color or anything. It’s just nice. But with the company she keeps (the asshole ones at least) that’s just a boring and weird answer. So Pink is just easier to say.

Is that reasoning absolutely silly and dumb? Yes! Does she have a very awful childhood with awful people who do care about that stupid stuff hence making HER care for it for her emotional survival? Also yes!

I understand why 911 doesn’t want to do wildfire disasters in their storylines (hits way too close to home for a lot of Californians, too big a risk of triggering a major anxiety point for a lot of locals) but I would really like to see something in the show maybe prepping people with knowledge of preparing for wildfires.

Again not necessarily doing a storyline of fighting a wildfire, but prepping local residents with the knowledge they need to be safe in wildfire situations amongst their daily service work.

It's nice to look at the archive now at this point in the month and see a nice solid bank of resources. I hope to be a little more prepared next year so I won't miss any days, but I like to hope it's encouraged a lot of people to write more and avoid NaNo.

It's amazing what a difference it makes when you get a better night of sleep in and don't have a headache, b/c trying to write yesterday was like pulling teeth. Today? So much nicer all around.

you'd think the worst part in preparing for massive surgery would be the waxing of areas that should never have to be waxed, but really...

it's being told i can't have energy drinks for a week beforehand. i don't mind coffee, but it's not my go-to caffeine dependency.

i miss my alahni. i miss my monster zero. i miss my celsius.
